hey ladies!  can't believe today is the first day of august already!  seems like summer flew by so fast and will end fast too.  all i gotta say is 2 more months til my due date!  yay!!  i can't wait for my little one to come!

here's my mini haul i got when my sister, kelly, and i went shopping yesterday.  of course i can't wear this outfit til after i have my baby but hey, it's motivation to lose the baby weight faster. hehe

i got these these "rockstar" booties from dots for $24.  love them!  can't believe i've seen these booties elsewhere, esp online, for more than what i bought them for at dots.  such a great deal!

but yet again, won't be sporting both booties below until after my baby comes.

that's it for my haul that i got over the weekend.  i love every piece that i got and CAN'T wait to be able to sport most of it.  so for now, it'll only be the accessories that i will be sporting during the rest of my pregnancy.

this beautiful necklace was given to me from my coworker, sandy, as a prego gift.

she said she saw it and thought it was so me so she got it for me.

she gave it to me yesterday and just her luck, i was wearing blue & white and had no necklace on so it

went perfect with my outfit.  I <3 THIS NECKLACE!!

then there's this necklace that i bought off etsy.com.  i fell in love with it when i saw it!

the only downfall of this necklace was that i thought it was going to be longer... it's more like a choker

but not really either.  but i still love it!

will have to post pics of me wearing these necklaces when i do get the chance too.

hello ladies!  sorry i've been MIA.  being prego has been kicking my butt...found out last week that i have a bladder infection.  that was not fun and super scary.  other than that, i've just been swamped with work and with family.  not enough time to myself...

anyways, just thought i'd share some pics from yesterday since i haven't posted in a month.

my nails i did last night after our family bbq.  my first time using my konad stamp in the leopard print.

i'd have to say not bad but i sure could use more practice.  you know what they say

hey ladies... sorry for the slacking off of my contest.  been home with 2 sick boys!  mitchell has the h1n1 due to some kid in his class pushing him down and spitting on his face last wednesday or thursday... his teacher swears that it couldn't have been due to that since other kids have been sick too... whatever!  then gavin has just been stuffed up, can't breathe, can't talk good... feverish at night and then not being able to sleep too... man, it's draining me since gavin just wants me.

My Vent of the Day...

So, today I get my package from Wetseal. My friend and I ordered some dresses when they had their buy 1 item, get 2nd item half off. I was sooo excited cuz I was ready to see my dress!! Well, to my surprise when I opened my package and looked at my dress, there were stains on it!!! *cries* I was really upset so I called Wetseal's customer service line and told them about it. The girl that helped me said that there was only one store with stock left so I called that store. Unfortuneatly, they only had smalls left. Then a coworker told me that if I called them back and complained, they can surely reimburse me if I take it in to get it dry cleaned. Turns out, I can get reimbursement when I fax them over a receipt! YAY!!! So, I will be taking it in to the cleaners tomorrow and see if they can get rid of the stains. This is the dress I got.

don't mind the mess behind me. lmao I just got home and had to make sure the dress fit.

Yesterday, I stayed home from work cuz my baby boy, Gavin has been sick for the past days and just hasn't gotten any better. I thought a day home with him would be good since he's at the daycare lady's house and I don't want any other kids to catch what he's got...whatever it is.

I feel bad for Gavin cuz he's been sick all winter long. I know he's a baby and his immune system is still building but man, it's week after week of none stop sickness. I just want him to get better so he can go enjoy the beautiful weather that's somewhat here.

But on my day off, I took my boys to see my mom...since Gavin was sick, she usual makes hims better by doing the traditional medicine stuff. While I was at her shop, I saw an outfit she sewed. It's breathtaking! Well since I told her I liked it she said I could have it! Woo-hoo! But gotta pay her since that's what puts food on the table for her. Here's the whole outfit. Whatcha think?
